The Full Diet is a pioneering weight-loss programme based on cutting-edge science. Dr Saira Hameed is one of the UK's leading weight-loss doctors and a Consultant Endocrinologist at the NHS Imperial Weight Centre.

Within the saturated realm of diet books, it’s important to stand out. Dr Saira Hameed had no social media presence, so we were tasked with establishing her as an authoritative voice within the digital space.

In the initial stages of the campaign, our strategy focused on bolstering Dr. Saira's online presence through social media platforms and search engines. We created three dedicated social media accounts, developed a compelling landing page, and optimized pre-existing pages and bios to include references to her book, The Full Diet, for enhanced search engine visibility.

Following the book's announcement, we took a step further by establishing a private community space called ‘The Full Diet Community’ on Facebook. This space provided members with an avenue to share their progress, exchange recipes, offer tips and provide encouragement. This proved to be a pivotal element in fostering engagement with Dr. Saira's audience, setting the stage for the subsequent announcement of her second book, The Full Diet Cookbook.
